Privacy
This notice describes how Beautyfulliving collects, uses and stores personal data when you use this website, send a form, or join a course. It is written for the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). It applies from 2026. Beautyfulliving opened in 2026.
Beautyfulliving runs this site at beautyfulliving.pro. The office is at 238A Thomson Road, #05-02, Novena Square Tower A, Singapore 307683. Email hello@beautyfulliving.pro. Telephone +65 6259 4713. For PDPA purposes, Beautyfulliving is the organisation that decides why and how personal data on this site is processed. Hosting is on shared infrastructure in Singapore. We do not sell personal data. We do not run an advertising network on this site.
From the forms: name, email address, optional telephone number, the course or topic you pick, the text you write, a record that you gave consent, the time of submission, and hidden fields used only to reduce automated abuse (a timestamp and an unused honeypot). From enrolment: the course name, the intake month, attendance, the paper survey sheets from the first and last lesson, and the postal address we need to send printed notes. From the week-after email: whether you used an assistant on your own, and whether you want another seat. Those replies are stored without being published against your name.
Server logs may keep an IP address, a browser type, and the page requested, for security and fault-finding, for a short period on the host. We do not run a third-party analytics tag on this site at publication in 2026. We do not collect identity card numbers through this website. We do not need them to hold a seat.
We use enquiry data to reply, to hold a seat, to confirm a first-Tuesday date, and to invoice if you book. We use enrolment data to run the class, to post notes, to take attendance, to send the recording, and to honour a free repeat of one missed lesson. We use survey sheets to produce the cohort averages on the Results page. Those published figures contain no names. We use logs to keep the site available and to investigate abuse of the form.
Consent for a form is collected by the checkbox. You may withdraw consent by writing to hello@beautyfulliving.pro. Withdrawal does not undo a class already delivered. We may still keep records we need for ordinary business, tax, or a dispute. If we ever needed a new purpose, we would ask first.
Enquiry records without a later enrolment are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Enrolment, attendance, invoice and postal records are kept for the period needed to finish the course, honour a repeat lesson, and meet ordinary business-record needs in Singapore, then deleted or anonymised. Survey sheets that still carry a name are part of the enrolment record; the numbers on the Results page are averages only.
You may ask for access to or correction of personal data we hold about you by writing to hello@beautyfulliving.pro or by post to the Novena address. We will respond within the periods expected under the PDPA. We may need to check that the request comes from you. There is no fee for an ordinary access request. If a request would be unusually expensive to fulfil we will say so before going further.
The website host and the mailbox provider act on our instructions. On the current arrangement they are in Singapore. People who teach a given cohort see that cohort’s first names and email addresses in order to send the joining link and the recording. They are part of Beautyfulliving’s work.
If you paste text into a commercial assistant during class, that vendor’s terms apply to that paste. Beautyfulliving does not control those vendors. We ask you not to paste another person’s private details, passwords, or full identity numbers into an assistant. The Scam-Smart and Helping the Family courses spend time on that line.
